RODL’s philosophy is to utilise the experience and competence of its Directors, employees and associates to the full, thereby ensuring each of its clients receives first-class, cost effective support with every contract. RODL, however, appreciates that whilst competence and experience are essential in ensuring successful delivery of a contract, there are other attributes that play a part in ensuring the provision of a solution that ‘adds value’ to the customer’s business.
RODL’s Directors therefore adopt a close,
personal touch with each and every one of its clients, working very closely
from the outset with each client’s team and/or stakeholders. This ‘hands-on’
approach thereby ensures that the client’s needs are fully understood
by the Directors, enabling RODL to determine - and more importantly deliver
- performance enhancing solutions that match the client’s requirements.
RODL will adopt an open and honest relationship
with its clients, ensuring that each fully understands the approach that RODL
is taking and the reasons for that approach, recognising that clients seek
value for money and appropriate/suitable solutions to justify the need to
change or improve.
The key objective is to ensure that RODL deliver high quality solutions in
line with client needs, based on the project objectives.
